Gladfield Toffee Malt is a lightly caramelized malt, low in colour contributing flavours of cream and vanilla candy-like sweetness with notes of honey and toffee. With wonderful dessert like flavours, a chewy consistency, enhanced stability, body and mouth-feel, Gladfield Toffee Malt works well in Pilsners and Lagers.
Used up to 25% of a grain bill, consider blending through with base malts to ensure a good crush and full release of flavour due to Toffee Malt’s higher moisture content.
