Gladfield Shepherds Delight Malt is a roasted malt with an intense deep flavours of potent bread, raisin puree, and cola with a lingering fruity sweetness. Provides lots of flavour and a lovely red hue but should be used sparingly to avoid bitterness.
Gladfield Shepherds Delight Malt is appropriate for use in Red Ales and Red IPA's, up to 10% of your grain bill.
