Gladfield Redback Malt is a lightly roasted, crystalized malt with a lovely red hue that is unique to Gladfield Malt. Characterised by its caramel, candied prune and slight bitter orange flavours, Gladfield Redback Malt also contributes to increased body and head retention in your beer.
Gladfield Redback Malt is appropriate for use in Red Ales and Red IPA's, up to 15% of your grain bill.
