Gladfield Biscuit Malt is a toasted ale malt from the Gladfield roasting drum. The baked biscuit, roasted hazelnut and very dry flavours contribute to the colours and flavour of your brew.
Gladfield Biscuit Malt is appropriate for use in mild ales and bitters, up to 50% as a base malt.
