Gladfield Aurora Malt 1kg

Gladfield Aurora Malt is a rich aromatic base malt full of deep malty flavours. The clean, dry, bready flavours with a slight acidity on the finish are very robust, contributing deep red hues and big flavours to your brew. Gladfield Aurora Malt can deliver a higher alcohol content than other malts, making it a versatile tool in the All Grain Brewers grain bill.

Gladfield Aurora Malt is appropriate for use in dark ales, Belgian style beers, up to 100% as a base malt.
