Essencia Barrel Chunks are made from barrels sourced directly from the distillery. They are not merely wood chips which were destined for other uses, such as fish smokers etc.

Recommended Usage:

First Soaking – Add 2.5 litres of spirit per 500 grams of Chunks and soak for 7 days.

Second Soaking – Add 2.3 litres of spirit per 500 grams of Chunks and soak for 19 days.
