INSTRUCTIONS
1. Select your Samuel Willards Base.
Base No.1
Coffee
Sambucca Nero
Base No.2
Coconut Rum
Base No.3
Butterscotch Schnapps
Crème de Cacao
Kafe
Melon
Triple Sec (Use only 275ml)
Rum Liqueur (Available soon)
Cream Base
Irish Cream
NB: If making Southern Spirit do not use these bases. Instead, add the Southern Spirit essence to 50ml of sugar, 80ml of glucose and 850ml of alcohol @ 40%. Top up to 1125ml with water.
2. Add the Base to a 1125ml bottle.
3. Add the liqueur essence.
4. Add the alcohol volume nominated on the essence bottle.
5. Top up to 1125ml with water.
6. Shake the mixed ingredients well.
